Please be aware that for any items you order, you are liable for any import duty or taxes that our customs may apply.

Returns and Exchange

We take great pride in our reputation for providing merchandise of the highest quality. As such, it is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our merchandise, Chapeau London does not accept returns. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange your merchandise within seven business days after the sale, provided that:

i) the item is in its original condition

ii) the item has not been worn, used or damaged; and

iii) the item is returned in its original packaging, with all items that were included with the original purchase.

Merchandise returned to Chapeau London for exchange must be returned prepaid, as we are unable to accept COD deliveries. Please note that we are not responsible for items lost in the mail.
